Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Havertown is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare by supporting doctors and the team. No optical experience is required; you will receive training and learn about our range of eyewear while delivering a best-in-class patient experience.

This role involves helping patients select frames, explaining insurance benefits, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the Office General Manager and clinicians. Weekend and evenings shifts are required, and MyEyeDr.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by educating on fit and options.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a strong patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company training.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to serve patients’ lens/frame selections.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Communicate and demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy.
