MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Florida to support patients by delivering personalized eyecare and a best-in-class experience. No optical experience is required as training and tools will be provided. The role reports to the Office General Manager and may require some weekend and evening shifts.

You will help patients find eyewear, explain insurance benefits, and work with a team to ensure a smooth, friendly visit that leaves patients looking and feeling their best.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about industry, product and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• Friendly, caring, patient-centric demeanor.
• Team player willing to collaborate to deliver the best patient experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of product lines and options.
• Consistently contribute to sales plans and office goals through a patient-centric experience.
• Provide comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits to patients.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
