Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Florida to deliver personalized eyecare and exceptional customer service. You will support a trusted team of doctors, learn the industry with provided training, and contribute to a best-in-class patient experience. Weekend and evening shifts are required as part of the role.

No optical experience is necessary—training and tools are provided to help you learn about our extensive eyewear selection, insurance explanations, and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by educating on fit and options
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals while building patient relationships
• Explain insurance benefits to patients comprehensively
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist and team to serve patients effectively
• Support office duties as assigned
