Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team and provide a best-in-class patient experience. You will support doctors and staff in helping patients see, look, and be their best, with training provided to learn the optical industry.

Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of a dynamic care team. No optical experience is required; the role offers comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role (Retail/Optical preferred).
• Proactive problem-solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about industry, product and services.
• Ability to sell and meet office goals with a positive attitude.
• Friendly, caring, patient-centric and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and advising patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets by creating a positive patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits clearly to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyewear using company tools.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist and team for seamless care.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand in patient interactions.
• Support other office duties as needed.
