Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class vision care experience. You will help patients see and look their best, with no optical experience required as training will be provided. Weekend and evening shifts are required to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about the eyewear industry, products and services.

• Collaborative team player to provide the best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear and frame selection using knowledge of products and options.
• Deliver sales plans and office goals through a patient-focused experience.
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to serve patients and lenses/frames.
• Work with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Communicate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
