Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver a best-in-class patient experience by guiding eyewear choices and building trusted relationships with doctors and staff.

No optical experience required; training and tools will be provided to help you learn about products and services. You will learn to explain insurance benefits, meet sales goals, and collaborate with the Office Optometrist to support patients selecting lenses and frames.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and understand their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales results while building patient relationships and trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Utilize training to fit, measure and adjust eyeglasses.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to support lens or frame selections.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent MyEyeDr values and brand with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
