Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering high-quality vision care. No optical experience?

Training will be provided to learn about frames, lenses, and patient needs while you build strong relationships with patients and assist in the eyewear selection process. You will contribute to a positive patient experience, coordinate with optometrists, and help explain insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred (Retail/Optical or Hospitality)
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry and products
• Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Friendly, patient-centric and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and advising patient needs
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge
• Help meet office goals through building a positive patient experience
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients
• Assist in fitting, measuring, and adjusting eyeglasses with training provided
• Support the Office Optometrist and collaborate with the team for seamless care
