Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support patients in selecting frames and lenses, while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales goals.

No optical experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided and you will learn about products, insurance benefits, and the patient experience from our trusted doctors and teams. You will contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment, collaborate with a skilled staff, and help patients see and live their best lives by

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about optics, product lines, and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with exceptional service by understanding and advising on needs.
• Assist in eyewear selection using knowledge of frames and lenses.
• Deliver sales plans and office goals through a strong patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Utilize training to fit, measure and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to serve patients’ lens or frame needs.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the MyEyeDr. values and brand in all interactions.
