Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with frame and lens selection.
• Educate patients on lens options and needs.
• Ensure proper fit and measurements for various lens types.
• Explain benefits of multiple pairs of glasses.
• Verify patient insurance and explain benefits.
• Dispense glasses and discuss adaptation to prescriptions.
• Assist with repairs and adjustments.
• Ensure timely patient communications and updates.
