Responsibilities

• Assist patients with frame and lens selection to meet needs and budgets.
• Educate patients on options for clear lenses, sunglasses, and other eyewear.
• Ensure proper fit and measurements for various lens types.
• Explain benefits of multiple pair eyewear for comprehensive eye care.
• Verify insurance and explain patient benefits.
• Dispense glasses and discuss adaptation to prescriptions.
• Assist with repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Return patient calls promptly and communicate delays.
• Support additional office tasks as required.
• Lab experience in edging, finishing and surfacing preferred.
