Thea Pharma Inc. is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to expand the adoption of the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio across a defined geographic area.

You will engage optometrists, dry eye specialists, and optical retailers, delivering education and building long-term relationships to support revenue growth. Ideal candidates are self-motivated sales professionals with a strong eye-care perspective, capable of influencing clinical and retail behaviors while managing territory planning and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Eyecare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations.
• Proven success in territory management and driving sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory daily.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals and targets.
• Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, and staff education.
• Drive adoption in optometry accounts and optical retailers.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education.
• Maintain CRM records and territory analytics.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and marketing.
• Support national campaigns and events.
