Job summary

LensCrafters in Los Angeles is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, greet customers promptly, explain paperwork, tests, products and services, and coordinate with the Optometrist and store staff to ensure care and accuracy.

You will handle prescriptions, process lens orders, operate the POS with attention to detail, maintain patient records per HIPAA, and stay informed on fashion trends and product benefits to help customers choose the right eyewear.

Qualifications
