LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor for a part-time role in Thousand Oaks, CA. Deliver the LensCrafters Experience, support optometrists and retail teams, and ensure high-quality patient care and service.

The position emphasizes customer-centric service, accurate record-keeping, product knowledge, and seamless coordination between clinical and retail functions. Training includes HIPAA compliance and POS operations.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling, POS systems and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers within 30 seconds and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to patients and customers.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner and assist with pre-exam tasks.
• Assist in lens/frame selection and provide product knowledge to customers.
• Operate POS system accurately and process payments following security procedures.
