LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor for a part-time in-store role in Victorville, CA. You will deliver the LensCrafters Experience by guiding customers through frame and lens selections and coordinating with doctors and retail staff to ensure top patient care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to describe features/benefits of lenses and frames.
• Strong listening and problem solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with frame and lens selection.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Review prescriptions carefully and coordinate with Optician/Doctor as needed.
• Maintain organized patient/customer records and HIPAA compliance.
• Operate the POS system accurately for transactions and payments.
• Assist with in-store promotions and visual displays.
• Provide coaching on contact lens care and inventory management.
