EssilorLuxottica’s LensCrafters in Escondido seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist patients, explain tests and products, and coordinate with Optometrists and retail teams to ensure quality care and timely service.

Responsibilities include patient intake, scheduling, lens and frame guidance, and accurate handling of records and payments. Prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds.
• Answers the telephone promptly and courteously.
• Explains paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Operates POS and processes payments accurately.
