Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly with a smile.

• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully; identify special needs.
• Show patience with indecisive customers/patients and resolve issues quickly.
• Handle and file patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Input patient data into the CIAO system with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and contact lenses in exam rooms.
• Support retail as capacity and patient demand allows.
