Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustained growth in assigned ophthalmology territories, including Richmond-Raleigh. As the primary contact for eye care professionals, you will educate on disease state, patient access, and new therapies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You have 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, launch experience, and a deep understanding of payer landscapes and access solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Experience with ophthalmology or rare/orphan diseases is strongly preferred.

• Translate national brand strategy into territory business strategy and plan.
• Drive product adoption and support patient access education.
• Build and maintain relationships with retina specialists and other eye care professionals.
• Manage territory budget and resources with an ownership mindset.
• Travel 20-60% within territory to meet HCPs and attend conferences.
