Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent required.
• State licensure and ABO certification where applicable.
• LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of LC Dashboard and optical merchandise concepts.

Responsabilités

• Conveys commitment to unsurpassed Customer Service by guiding staff through the Sales and Service Process.
• Demonstrates Diamond Service Principles and Service Vision with customers.
• Provides on-the-job training using company programs.
• Analyzes store financial data and suggests profitable retail actions.
• Forecasts staffing needs and manages labor scheduling.
• Recruits and selects high-caliber staff.
• Manages payroll, inventory, and POS procedures.
• Opens/closes store and maintains store appearance and safety standards.
