Job summary

Optical Outlets is seeking a part-time team member to assist patients with eyewear selection, fitting, and dispensing, while supporting the Doctor and Office Manager. You will greet customers, explain processes, and ensure accurate measurements and high patient satisfaction from the first interaction.

Responsibilities include managing transactions, assisting with frame and lens choices, and resolving visual concerns in a fast-paced environment. Florida optician license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient with MS Office package.
• Strong verbal and written communication to document customer situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain the process in a transparent way.
• Assist patients with merchandise selection, fitting frames, and dispensing eyewear.
• Handle customer transactions at time of purchase.
• Provide outstanding patient satisfaction from the first interaction.
• Record measurements and adjust eyewear with precision.
• Coordinate with Office Manager on office operations and issues.
