Job summary

AEG is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, improve patient experiences, and drive business results. You will manage staff, optimize patient flow, and collaborate with the Optometrist to ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and the use of practice systems and AI-enabled tools to enhance performance and patient care. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader ensuring patient needs and service recovery.
• Set clear priorities, roles, and performance expectations for staff.
• Partner with Optometrist to support exam flow and clinical services.
• Coach, recognize, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Support new hire development, training, and adoption of systems and AI tools.
• Ensure service excellence, timely follow-up, and patient experience quality.
• Review performance trends and identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with District Manager on sales, profitability, and growth.
