Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, optical, retail, or service environments.
- Strong communication, coaching, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to analyze reports, trends, and performance data.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
- Serve as the primary on-site floor leader ensuring service quality and operational priorities.
- Set clear expectations for staff and align daily priorities with patient care standards.
- Collaborate with Optometrist to support exam flow and service offerings.
- Coach and develop team members, recognize performance, and drive accountability.
- Support new hire development, training, and adoption of practice technology.
