Pritchett Eye Care in Minden, NV is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional patient care. You will supervise Opticians, Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators while partnering with the Lead OD to optimize patient experience and workflow.

You will guide staff performance, manage operations and budgeting, recruit talent, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive profitability through cost controls and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of operations and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set and achieve productivity goals.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Opticians, Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators.
