Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail management or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team including Opticians, Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators.
• Collaborate with the Lead OD to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Lead staff to deliver superior customer service and coaching.
• Provide guidance and supervise daily operations across the practice.
• Work with ODs to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflows.
• Monitor practice performance and assist with cost control and profitability.
