Job summary

Keplr Vision in Reno, NV is seeking a diligent Practice Manager to lead optical staff and ensure exceptional patient care. You will supervise Opticians, Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators while partnering with the Lead OD to elevate the patient experience.

You will analyze practice financial data, manage inventory and billing compliance, recruit talent, and coach the team to uphold Keplr Vision’s core values and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation are critical.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to set, monitor and achieve productivity goals.
• Clear communication and coordination with the Lead OD and other staff is essential.
• Understanding of optometric business processes and HIPAA compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of Opticians, Technicians, Patient Care Coordinators, and other staff.
• Work closely with the Lead OD to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Conveys a customer-centric approach and leads staff performance and coaching.
• Analyze practice financial data and make recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Recruit and select high-caliber talent and ensure HIPAA compliance.
