Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to inspire, develop, and support the entire team, deliver exceptional patient care, and achieve meaningful business results. The Practice Manager will create an environment where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and celebrated, driving accountability and compassionate leadership on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to analyze reports, trends, and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning across the practice.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader, ensuring alignment with patient care standards and performance goals.
• Partner with Optometrist and District Manager to support exam flow, service offerings, and practice growth.
• Coach and develop team members, drive accountability, and reinforce exceptional patient service behaviors.
• Support new hire development, training, and adoption of systems and AI-enabled tools.
