AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, optimize patient flow, and coach the team to deliver exceptional care. You will partner with the Optometrist and district leaders to ensure service alignment, performance, and growth across the practice.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management in a fast-paced ophthalmic setting, with a focus on patient experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership in optical, healthcare, or comparable service environment.
• High school diploma required; additional healthcare/optical management education preferred.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and driving performance in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling and labor planning.
• Serve as primary on-site floor leader for patient care and service quality.
• Set clear expectations and align staff to daily priorities and performance goals.
• Collaborate with Optometrist and field leadership on service alignment and growth.
• Coach and develop team members, recognize achievements, and ensure accountability.
• Ensure systems, reports, and AI-enabled tools are used effectively to improve operations.
