AEG Vision in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practice Manager to lead daily clinic operations, develop staff through coaching and performance management, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional patient care.

You will oversee sales, inventory, payroll, and expense controls, partner with OD and operations to deliver professional eye exams, accept vision plans, and continually uplift the Acuity Way within a high‑volume practice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional setting background with leadership capacity.
• State Licensure required.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Business degree in Hospitality, Business, or related management field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Optician certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead location operations and drive top-line sales while controlling payroll and expenses.
• Build an effective team and set clear performance objectives.
• Collaborate with OD/partners to ensure high-quality eye exams and patient service.
• Ensure vision insurance acceptance and robust patient experience.
• Develop plans to improve practice performance and profitability.
• Protect company assets and uphold company policies.
