Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional patient care while driving business results.

You will supervise patient flow, service quality, and team performance, partnering with Optometrists and field leaders to align clinical services and growth. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; management education preferred.
• Eyecare or optical practice leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, labor planning, service execution, and consistency.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader, aligning team priorities with patient needs and performance goals.
• Coach, develop, recognize, and hold staff accountable for patient care standards and service behaviors.
• Partner with Optometrist and district leadership to support exam flow and evolving service offerings.
• Support team adoption of systems, software updates, and AI-enabled workflows.
