Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager in Massachusetts to lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive top-line sales while controlling payroll and improving profitability. The PM will partner with OD partners to deliver quality eye exams, medical services, and patient experiences in alignment with the Acuity Way.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership experience, a business degree, and strong communication skills; optician certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional setting background with leadership capacity.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Optician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies leadership, creative thinking, and analytical skills to improve practice performance.
• Builds an effective team that works collaboratively to achieve results.
• Addresses the practice’s strengths and challenges with objectives, strategies, and plans.
