Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to lead a location’s sales and profitability while delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. This role oversees team support, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety, including adherence to HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

A Licensed Office Manager may be required by state regulations; ABO/NCLE/LDO credentials could be preferred. Strong Excel/Office skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management or healthcare operations.
• Ability to manage staff, training, and KPI results.
• Background check clearance and proof of right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive the overall sales and profitability of the office through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare staff in the office.
• Human Resource Management: recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure facility and safety standards are maintained, including HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reports, inventory, and supplies.
