Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience and oversee the daily operations of a clinical office. You will manage sales, profitability, staff, merchandising, inventory, and safety compliance, ensuring excellent patient care and compliant workflows.

You will coordinate with physicians and staff, lead recruiting and performance reviews, and uphold company standards across facilities, travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the office’s sales and profitability through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctors and office staff; act as liaison.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team; monitor KPI scorecards.
