Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an experienced Office Manager to optimize patient experience and drive office profitability. You will lead operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA while maintaining high standards of service.

This role requires strong Excel/Office skills, HR experience, and ability to coordinate with physicians. Travel may be required to support multiple locations; a valid work right in the U.S. is essential.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive sales and profitability for the office via Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Build strong relationships with doctors and the office team as liaison.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; track KPI results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for staff.
• Use tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth for the location.
• Motivate the team with positive communication during changes.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety and OSHA rules.
• Manage cash handling policies and required financial documents accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, ordering, training.
