Physicians Eyecare Group in New Mexico is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our eyecare center. You will provide comprehensive eye exams, ocular assessments, and integrative eye care within a multidisciplinary team at Roswell, Clovis, or Hobbs locations.

The role requires an active NM NP license, DEA registration, and 2+ years of clinical NP experience (preferred in ophthalmology or primary care).

Qualifications

• Active NP license issued by NM Board of Nursing.
• MSN or DNP degree from accredited institution.
• 2+ years NP clinical experience ( ophthalmology/primary care preferred).
• Strong EHR/EMR proficiency and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive eye exams including acuity testing and ocular assessments.
• Co-manage pre- and post-operative care for cataract/LASIK procedures.
• Order diagnostic imaging and testing (OCT, visual fields, fundus photography).
• Refer to ophthalmology or specialists when needed.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
