Physicians Eyecare Group in Farmington, NM seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join our growing eyecare center part-time. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, co-manage postoperative care, and provide integrative optometric services in a collaborative, tech-enabled clinic.

Active NM NP license and DEA, MSN or DNP, and 2+ years of clinical NP experience required. Familiarity with EHR/EMR and strong patient education skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish a

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in New Mexico.
• DEA registration or eligibility in NM.
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years NP experience; primary care/ophthalmology preferred.
• Strong proficiency with EHR/EMR and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams including acuity testing and refraction.
• Co-manage pre- and post-operative care for cataract, LASIK, and other procedures.
• Order imaging and ocular testing (OCT, visual fields, fundus photography).
• Refer to ophthalmologists when needed and document in EHR.
