Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join our new eyecare center in Farmington, NM. The NP will provide comprehensive eye care, perform ocular assessments, and co-manage ophthalmic patients in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted NP license in NM.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility in NM.
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams including visual acuity testing and refractions.
• Co-manage pre and post operative care for ophthalmic procedures.
• Order imaging and ocular testing (OCT, visual fields, fundus photography).
• Refer to ophthalmologists when needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR.
