Rosin Eyecare Berwyn, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a full-time front-desk administrator to coordinate daily operations for doctors, visitors, and patients. You will contribute to an unmatched patient experience and support the practice's premier vision-care services.

You will greet patients, manage calls and appointments, handle billing and claims, maintain records, and ensure confidentiality and smooth office operations, including after-hours support as needed.

Qualificações

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of office experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients without delay.
• Promptly answers the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Schedules appointments in person or by phone to optimize satisfaction and provider time.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule and notifies providers of delays.
• Records and updates financial information, collects patient charges, and processes third‑party claims.
• Maintains office inventory and equipment, orders supplies, and verifies receipt.
