Job summary

Rosin Eyecare, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a seasoned eyecare practice manager to lead a local clinic. You will collaborate with doctors, coach staff, and oversee operations to deliver premium patient care and superior business results.

The role requires strong leadership, financial analysis, and familiarity with POS and patient-record software. Expect a dynamic schedule including weekends and evenings to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience in eyecare/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record systems and other software applications.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Works with managing and associate doctors to ensure high patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Leads the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and coaching.
• Recruits and develops talent for succession planning.
• Monitors practice operations and provides on-the-job training as per policy.
• Analyzes financial data and recommends steps to improve profitability.
• Controls store profits and expenses including insurance claims accuracy and staffing.
• Drives adoption of new technology, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Ensures safety programs are implemented and maintained.
• Supports weekend and evening coverage as needed.
• Maintains attendance and timekeeping compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
