Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Program Management, Materials Management, Logistics, QA, Marketing, Business Development or Engineering.
• Experience with combination products and/or medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with Third-Party Customers or Third-Party Manufacturers. Travel to TPM/TPC sites and build relationships.
• Serve as the primary AbbVie interface with executive management at TPMs and TPCs.
• Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled and resolve issues with AbbVie resources.
• Assess TPM capacity against long-range plans and communicate concerns.
• Identify opportunities to in-source/out-source products to benefit AbbVie.
• Negotiate new and extended contracts, ensuring clear performance metrics.
• Maintain Third-Party Contract information and track milestones.
• Support product launches and transfers with TPMs and provide forecast inputs.
• Develop and maintain a TPM Capability and Due Diligence Database.
