Job summary

Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of External Logistics to lead our external logistics operations.

The role drives 3PL governance, inventory stewardship, serialization compliance, and inbound transportation, delivering analytics-driven, proactive performance across the network. Responsibilities span governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement, with a focus on OTIF, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective movement from partners to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
• 8+ years directly related logistics experience including 3PL/warehousing, distribution planning, or materials management.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical or directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3PL governance and monthly reviews with external providers.
• Own finished-goods inventory stewardship and SAP reconciliation.
• Oversee DSCSA serialization compliance and inbound transportation.
• Develop dashboards and weekly operations reviews for performance insights.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across fulfillment and transport.
