Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning and Logistics to oversee day-to-day inventory management and global logistics in a pharma/biotech setting. You will ensure product availability, accuracy, and compliant delivery across a network of 3PLs, CMOs/CDMOs, and external partners.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvements, and collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and external partners, while supporting clinical supply activities when needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of progressively responsible supply chain experience in pharma/biotech with inventory and logistics responsibilities.
• Experience with inventory controls across multiple storage locations and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end inventory visibility across products, materials, and storage locations with reconciliations and discrepancies resolution.
• Track stock levels, expiry dates, and supply projections to prevent shortages and excess.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, and prepare shipping documentation.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and three-way matching with Finance.
• Prepare inventory and supply reports, dashboards, and KPIs for cross-functional stakeholders.
