You will collaborate with manufacturing, 3PLs, CMOs, payers, and internal teams to optimize service, maintain compliance, and reduce revenue leakage while ensuring patient access to therapies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in supply chain, logistics, or business administration is required.
• MBA is preferred for senior leadership in supply chain.
• Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain/logistics or claims.
• 5+ years of leading teams and complex operations.
• Experience with 3PLs, distributors, and healthcare networks.
• Strong knowledge of DSCSA, serialization, cGMP/cGDP, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical distribution, transportation, and inventory management.
• Oversee claims operations: chargebacks, rebates, returns, and shortages.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/DEA/DSCSA/GDP and international regs.
• Negotiate MSAs with 3PLs; manage budget and cost optimization.
• Monitor OTIF, POD, and APR data; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop SLAs, performance metrics, and risk management plans.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, IT and Legal.
