Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning and Logistics in the United States to lead inventory management and logistics across internal teams and external partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Five+ years of supply chain experience in pharma/biotech with hands‑on inventory and logistics.
• Experience maintaining inventory records, reconciliations and controls across locations and partners.
• Proven ability to coordinate domestic and international shipments; shipping docs and customs.
• Knowledge of GxP, regulatory documentation, and audit readiness.
• Experience collaborating with CMOs/CDMOs, 3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers, warehouses.
• Familiarity with PO creation, supplier follow‑ups, invoice reconciliation, and three‑way matching.
• Willingness to use AI/digital tools to improve research, analysis, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory management and control across products and external storage.
• Manage stock levels, expiry dates, and projected supply requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation and regulatory records.
• Serve as primary contact for freight forwarders, brokers, and warehouses.
• Develop standardized shipping procedures and inventory controls with cross‑functional teams.
• Create and process purchase orders; track open orders and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice reconciliation and three‑way matching.
• Prepare routine inventory and supply reports and dashboards.
