Job summary

Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Planning & Control Tower to transform our planning into a proactive, data-driven function.

You will own the Enterprise Supply Chain Control Tower, IBP/S&OP governance, planning analytics, and executive reporting, driving visibility across demand, supply, inventory, logistics, and service. You will lead weekly governance, establish KPI definitions, support predictive analytics, and collaborate with IT to improve data

Qualifications

8+ years in supply chain, planning, analytics, or operations.
5+ years of leadership experience across functions.
Experience with IBP/S&OP transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly Integrated Planning process.
Coordinate Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory Review, and Executive S&OP forums.
Develop scenario planning and executive decision support tools.
Establish KPI definitions, data sources, owners, targets, and escalation criteria.
Create a single, fact-based view of operating performance and risks.
