Syndax Pharmaceuticals, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director, Logistics to lead and optimize global logistics operations for both commercial and clinical products.

The role covers temperature-sensitive materials, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and external partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective product delivery. New York office-based with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering/Business).
• 8+ years of progressive logistics/supply chain experience in pharma or regulated industries.
• Experience managing domestic and/or international pharmaceutical logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP and pharmaceutical distribution practices.
• Experience with 3PLs, transportation providers, and temperature-controlled logistics.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations across domestic and international markets.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding, customs and 3PL activities.
• Monitor capacity, service levels, lead times and logistics network performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, resilience and cost.
• Oversee serialization data management and related regulatory compliance.
