Qualifications

• Three plus years related experience and/or training.
• Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming work orders.
• Address customer inquiries about services.
• Schedule and dispatch vendor partners for work orders.
• Input necessary data into the computer system.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation of service requests.
