Infinity Home Services, including Exterior Medics, is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through in-home consultations, understanding needs, and presenting tailored exterior remodeling proposals. You will build trust, educate clients about products, and close sales while meeting revenue targets.

You will join a collaborative team, leveraging CRM systems and MS Office within a fast-paced market to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and account management experience in a hybrid admin/field leadership role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and cloud-based PM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set qualified leads.
• Build rapport with homeowners and assess needs, budget, and preferences.
• Educate customers on exterior remodeling products and services.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations addressing customer requirements.
• Close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation and growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and project details.
• Stay informed on industry trends to position services effectively.
