Job summary

Exterior Medics, a Brand of Infinity Home Services, seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential exterior construction projects (roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, eaves) with integrity and a focus on driving excellent customer outcomes. You will report to the Brand President and focus on operations, safety, compliance and service quality to achieve complete job satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/home improvement managing multiple production schedules.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough schedule assessment for projects.
• Ensure material cost, availability and logistics for multiple jobs.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, scheduling and finance for efficient closure.
• Track and monitor performance to KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Participate in sales/marketing activities with travel as needed.
