Infinity Home Services is seeking a Project Consultant to provide needs-based exterior remodeling guidance to homeowners. You’ll diagnose roofing and siding needs, present repair and replacement options, and close sales with a focus on integrity and value.

In this role you’ll handle pre-set appointments, educate clients on insurance processes and financing, and collaborate with a fast-moving team to deliver top-quality workmanship while protecting homeowners’ investments.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction or home improvement.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Relatable and effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project estimation and specification processes.
• Demonstrated personal and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set customer appointments provided by the company.
• Perform thorough rooftop inspections when safe access is possible and attic inspections when feasible to evaluate ventilation and potential damage.
