Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the total 4-H youth program and plan, implement, and evaluate youth activities.
• Grow 4-H through clubs, afterschool programs, school enrichment, and camps.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.
• Support grants and sponsorships to fund activities and programs.
• Supervise program staff and manage grants/fees.
