Job summary

NC State University Extension seeks an Extension Agent, 4-H (Assistant, Associate or Full Agent) for Hoke County in Raeford, NC. The role leads the 4‑H youth program and coordinates clubs, afterschool and camps, while engaging volunteers and sponsors to extend reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for total 4-H youth program and plan/implement/evaluate youth programs.
• Grow 4-H through clubs, afterschool, school enrichment, and camps; seek sponsorships and grants.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers; report program impacts.
• Develop and maintain 4‑H clubs in Hoke County and coordinate resources.
• Supervise program staff and manage grants and fees.
